Training
Connector Drilling provides employees with comprehensive induction, hazard identification, and task related training. Training is both in-house and via drilling and mining industry specific recognised training organisations.
The Perth based induction training process includes a MARCSTA Course, and an in-house induction on Connector Drilling's HSE Policies & Procedures. The Perth based induction is followed by an in-field induction which includes a review of all tasks relating to the use of the equipment being utilised at the new employee’s assigned site.
On-going training is provided to all Connector Drilling employees to ensure that high standards of safety awareness, workmanskip, and customer service are maintained across all business and operational activities.
